Philip Kuehl is a Senior Scientist and Senior Director of Scientific Core Laboratories at Lovelace Biomedical in Albuquerque, NM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy in Tucson Arizona. Dr. Kuehl is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy. Dr. Kuehl is a part of the scientific team at Lovelace that is responsible for ~ 10 IND packages per year with focus in respiratory drug delivery, gene therapy and infectious disease. He has supported two approved inhalation products and one DMF. Dr. Kuehl’s research interests are in the area of inhalation formulation and its effects on deposition, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Philip is the author/co-author on over 75 peer reviewed manuscripts, over 150 abstracts, one book chapter and three patents.
