Matt Riccio

Matt Riccio brings over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, sales, and business development roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. Matt spent 14 years of his career with Becton Dickinson, supporting the Pharmaceutical Systems division and their injectable drug delivery devices. In this role, he worked closely with pharmaceutical and biotech customers to understand their drug product and delivery needs, and provide customized device solutions. Matt has led business development efforts for Aptar CSP Technologies for the past 3 years, partnering with leading drug companies to understand the stability challenges of their formulations and offer active material science based solutions that extend drug product shelf life and enable optimal drug delivery and performance.
